Once you have chosen your e-bike and subscription option, send us an email with the template provided at the address below. Please make sure to use your university email, or provide sufficient evidence that you study there, and check it regularly to avoid missing follow-ups.

Complete the Checkout process
Once we receive your enquiry, we'll create a quote for you and you’ll receive the quote email with a Checkout Link. Follow the link to complete checkout and payment through Circuly. Once payment is confirmed, our team will arrange fulfilment and delivery.
Follow the checkout instructions and complete every required field.
Order confirmation
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a separate email with your invoice. Your order number starts with “SPF”, followed by five numbers and the letter “A”. You’ll need it to confirm your identity at bike pick-up and whenever you need support. It is also shown on your invoice.
The order number is very important: don’t lose it!

Bike pick-up
Your bike and chain lock will be delivered to our partner store close to your university. The store will assemble your bike and contact you when it’s ready. They may ask for your order number to confirm your identity, so don’t forget it.
Bring your order confirmation email or invoice as proof of payment when visiting the store for pickup.
